  • The accommodation options I use are all out in nature where reception is limited, and birdsong is loud.

    That being said, there will be a bed, hot water showers, air-conditioning, and proper kitchen facilities at a minimum.

  • If you have access to a preferred property you’d like to use, we can absolutely consider it.

    I’d just need to confirm the location’s ability to facilitate the planned structure.

    We can discuss this together in the planning call.

  • You can choose from seasonal meal selection presented in our planning call, or leave it all to me.

    All meals and snacks are seasonally curated for a healthy gut and a clear mind.

    Think greens, sandwiches, fermented foods, hot soups, and not too much oil.

  • Dietaries will be asked for in our planning call and fully accommodated for.

    If you prefer to bring your own food (eg celiac), know that refrigeration will be available so it will keep.

  • Generally just comfortable clothing and some exercise clothing.

    Depending on your inclination for a nature walk, you may need some light hiking gear, but these will never be overly difficult and more just clothing you don’t mind getting a little dirty/wet.

    I will advise weather estimates during our planning call and send a confirmation packing list when the weather becomes more certain.

  • All accomodation options are completely weather proof.

    Some of the best realisations/perspective shifts have happened in the backdrop of the forest rains.

    Of course, safety is a #1 priority so we will re-schedule/cancel in the event of dangerous conditions.

  • This is not advised for your 1st time, so as to not take the focus away from inner work.

    However, a custom family-package is available for discussion if you enjoy my style and want to replicate with your family.

  • Not prohibited, but BYO for planned consumption on the final night only.

    Inner Working Holidays are not designed for escapism, and if you think you can’t abstain for a few days, investigating that together to make your experience even more powerful.

    What I usually find is people bring some in preparation but don’t end up using them at all by the end of it.

  • Sydney’s unique climate and access to nature is optimal for such experiences.

    I would suggest leaving 1 day before and after the getaway days so that you have some time to settle and recollect before plugging back into the ‘matrix’.
