Breathing Room sessions are a free 30-min space to share what’s been weighing on you - and have someone hold it with you.

You show up. You talk. Ben listens - really listens. Not to fix, reframe or try and make you feel better. Just to be present with whatever you’ve been carrying.
That’s it.
Nothing to prepare, no right/wrong way to do it.
Most people are surprised by how much can shift from simply being fully heard - even if you don’t feel anyone would ever relate.
You choose what to talk about. No prompts, no scripts, nothing off-limits
The conversation is unstructured on purpose. This isn’t coaching, therapy, or a consultation. It’s space.
Ben won’t offer solutions unless you ask for them. His job is simply to be present.
Sessions are 30mins, held via video call. You’ll leave with nothing to do, or follow up on - unless something naturally moves you to.

These sessions are for anyone, especially those who are functioning well on paper - but quietly exhausted underneath it. People who feel isolated, disconnected, and alone in their experience.

These conversations are to show people what it actually looks and feels like to speak openly about something difficult — and to be met without judgement.
This will be powerful for all participants, but could also be really powerful for others to witness.
With your permission, short clips from our session may be shared on social media for that purpose. Your name and any identifying details will never be shared without a separate, explicit agreement from you.
When you book, you’ll be asked to choose between:
full video sharing
audio-only sharing
anonymised sharing
private conversation only
You can say yes, no, or decide on the day — it doesn't change anything about how Ben shows up for the session.
