“My knees used to hurt walking on flat ground, frustratingly requiring multiple rest stops.
Yesterday, I took my kids to the doctor, walked down 5 flights of stairs in the carpark, then UP the same flights with no consequence to my legs at all!!!!!
IT DIDN’T HURT going either direction - that was 80 stairs down and 80 up!!
I stopped to catch my breath at one point but I was shocked that my legs were keeping it together and didn’t feel pain!!

Ben's mobility sessions are quite different to other 'fitness' classes like pilates, yoga, HIIT , etc.
Ben's approach is more targeted and i think has more clinical merit for an ageing body.
He encouraged me to be more mindful of my daily habits and his approach taught me how to take charge of my own mobility health, and not just rely on going to physio or chiro when things are not going well.
Training with Ben has been an eye-opener.
